Thank you for choosing TC DEAL PROS for your real estate transaction and legal document needs. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled in line with our service commitment.

- Transaction Coordinating Services: A deposit is required to begin coordinating your transaction. This deposit reserves your service and allows us to allocate the necessary resources promptly.
- Legal Document Drafting Services: Payment in full is required before we commence the drafting of any legal documents. This ensures that our dedicated team can focus on creating precise and customized documents tailored to your requirements.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Transaction Coordinating Services:
- Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your Transaction Coordinating service within 24 hours of placing your deposit, or by the end of the same business day for orders made before 12 PM Arizona Time, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
- 24 to 72 Hours: If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours after placing your deposit, while we cannot offer a refund, we will issue a store credit equal to your deposit amount. This credit can be applied towards any future order with TC DEAL PROS.
- After 72 Hours: Any cancellations made more than 72 hours after the deposit will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. At this stage, resources have been committed, and preparation for your service is well underway.
- Legal Document Drafting Services: All payments for document drafting are non-refundable once paid. This policy reflects the immediate commencement of work on these customized legal documents.
Exceptions
In the unlikely event that TC DEAL PROS must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to clients, including those for document drafting services.
Processing Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
