A promissory note and mortgage or deed of trust between seller and buyer for a seller finance transaction or between buyer and private money lender to secure the payments and funds. This service will make sure you have these attorney drafted legal agreements are in writing, protecting the lender and borrower.
A contract where you are purchasing a property to keep or assign to an end buyer. This can be cash, a subject to purchase, seller finance or a hybrid situation that has a subject to purchase and a seller finance portion.
